Zettgear gKey7: 6 keys and 1 rotary knob programmable macropad

Bring back the Big Knob Little Boy! Our Project Legacy is currently pending, but we still hope to bring it to you one day. Let's take a closer look at what this project entails.

1. Project Overview

Project Legacy is our studio's first-ever project, aimed at delivering a premium macropad called gKey7 (formerly known as gPad7). This macropad features:

• 6 keys and 1 rotary knob
• Hotswap PCB with USB-C
• Per-key South-facing RGB LED
• Top-mounted design
• Powered by QMK and customizable in VIA
• Made from 6063 Aluminum

2. The Inspiration

The inspiration behind this project comes from my fondness for the CU7 macropad produced by Capsunlocked. I wanted to revive its legacy with a new design, structure, and more color choices. This is why I named it Project Legacy.
