I. RETURN
- Eligibility: You are entitled to return within 7 days from the delivery date if you change your mind, with the condition that the product is purchased from www.zettgear.com, non-customized, and still sealed.
- Return Process: Please email us or contact us via any available support channels for any returns.
- Return Costs: You will have to cover any costs incurred, including shipping fees and taxes, for the product return.
- Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 1-2 business days for ABA KHQR/Domestic Cards and 5-7 business days for the International Cards to appear in your account.
II. EXCHANGE
- Eligibility: Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange Process: Please email us or contact us via any available support channels for exchange.
- Exchange Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, any applicable taxes, and any other costs incurred during the exchange process.
- Exchange Options: Customers can choose to exchange the item for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value. The difference from lesser value will not be refunded. If the desired item is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference.
III. REFUND
- No Refunds for In Stock and Pre-Order Items: There will be no refunds for any purchase made on this site for in stock and pre-order of incoming products.
- Refund for Failed or Cancelled Geardrop™ Service: You are entitled to get a refund only if the products you ordered are under the failed or cancelled Geardrop™ service.
