I. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Delivery

Normally, all orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. The orders are processed depends on the terms as follow:

1. In Phnom Penh, Cambodia

  • For in-stock items (Phnom Penh's stock), we expect to process your order within a day.
  • Grab Express Delivery with tracking if you need your order on the day that you complete a purchase.
  • Free of charge for some Group-Buy items and it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

2. Other regions, Cambodia

We expect to process your order within 1 or 2 days with VET Express.

International Shipping

We do ship our products outside the country. However, we have not fully opened to the international buyers due to our technical difficulties and we accept the order via email: support@zettgear.com

  • Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout with the shipping method as below:
  • Shipment method: DHL Express
  • Shipment cost: Actual fee displayed at checkout
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days (Delivery delays can occasionally occur.)

Once shipment label is created, the tracking number will display in your account panel. We ship worldwide (Excluding prohibited countries).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected during checkout. You can view the estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. If your order contains any restricted items, we will notify you during the checkout process.

II. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

ZETTGEAR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

III. DAMAGES

ZETTGEAR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
