I. PROCESSING AND HANDLING
Domestic Delivery
Normally, all orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. The orders are processed depends on the terms as follow:
- Phnom Penh, Cambodia: The order package will be delivered by Grab Express with tracking.For in-stock order before 2:30pm, we expect to process your order on the same day and on the next day for any order after 2:30pm.
- Other regions, Cambodia: The order package will be delivered by VET Express. We expect to process your order within 1 or 2 days.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally, technically everywhere, except the prohibited countries. We do our best to process most orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
- Shipment method: DHL Express
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, locations and the shipping method selected during checkout. You can view the estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email. You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. If your order contains any restricted items, we will notify you during the checkout process.
II. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
III. DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or never received it with a period of time that is longer than usual, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
